Ticket board terms
These terms cover the ticket fan board only. Using the board, whether posting or browsing, means you accept them.
What this board is
raptorsalley runs a noticeboard. Fans post seats they cannot use, and other fans contact them directly. We are not a marketplace, a broker, an agent, a reseller, or a ticket service. We do not sell tickets, hold tickets, take a commission, process payments, hold funds in escrow, or take part in any transaction that follows.
What we do not do
We do not verify that a listing is genuine, that a seller holds the tickets they describe, that the seats exist, or that anyone will deliver anything. We do not vet sellers or buyers. We do not check, set, cap, suggest, or comment on prices, and we do not collect what a ticket originally cost, so nothing on this site should be read as a statement about what a ticket is worth or whether a price is fair.
Your responsibilities as a seller
When you post, you confirm two things: that you hold the tickets you are listing, and that your listing complies with the law that applies to you, including Ontario's Ticket Sales Act. Those obligations are yours, not ours. You are responsible for your listing, your price, your conduct, and the transaction. Do not post tickets you do not have, tickets already sold, or anything you are not legally permitted to resell.
Dealing with strangers
Every transaction happens off this site, between you and someone we know nothing about. There is no refund process here, no dispute resolution, and no recourse through us. Use the official transfer process wherever possible, confirm the tickets are in your account before you pay, and treat pressure to pay by e-transfer, gift card, or cryptocurrency as a warning sign.
Moderation
Every listing carries a report button, and reports reach a human. We may remove any listing, at any time, for any reason, without notice or explanation, and we may stop accepting posts from an account. Listings expire automatically at tipoff.
Liability
The board is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, raptorsalley is not liable for any loss arising from a listing, a contact, a payment, a transaction, a no-show, a counterfeit ticket, or any dealing between users. If a court finds otherwise, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us to use the board, which is nothing.

We may change these terms; the version on this page at the time you post or contact is the version that applies. raptorsalley is an independent, fan-built site, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA or Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment.
